About Me.

Dance to me is like an old friend, and I feel so lucky to have had it in my life for so long. By the time I was 18, I had taken summer intensives, passed multiple exams, earned several awards, performed in professional ballets, and joined a professional ballet company. I could not imagine my life or future without dance.

I have almost no video recordings of my childhood dancing. My many solos, awards, and countless hours in class have been condensed to a few precious grainy minutes on video. I treasure the footage I have.

I grew up, got a BA in Dance, and found a love for contemporary dance, choreography, and dance in film. After my senior capstone concert was canceled due to the pandemic, I took a big leap and adapted the solo for on-location filming. My first film, "Relent", was featured in the Utah Dance Film Festival the year after its creation. What was originally a single, fleeting performance was now a preserved, crafted piece of work I could treasure forever. In that experience, I learned what video truly offers to dance.

I’ve danced all over the world, and worked professionally in every corner of the dance world. I’ve choreographed music videos, judged dance competitions, taught hundreds of students, staged choreography, and so much more. Having experienced this art form from every angle, I know what it takes to make a dancer feel seen. I understand dance, and I love dance as much as you do. Our time as dancers is always evolving, and is far too fleeting. You deserve to be shown as the unique artist that you are.

I can't wait to work with you and capture your artistry. Let's make plans.
